Mouse 30f Koa #1527. This beautiful Mouse 30 bass features a semi-hollow alder body with a superb flamed koa top and faux tortoiseshell binding. This koa is from old stock, seasoning for approx 50 years, and has a color spectrum with orange, tan, yellow, black and everything in between. The 30” scale neck is made from eastern black walnut, with an aged Indian rosewood fingerboard, featuring tiny mandolin frets. These put the minimum amount of metal in the stringpath, and keep the tone warm and woody. A locally made (in Los Angeles) custom made form fit hardshell case is included, it fits the bass like a hand in a glove.
