Return Policy for purchases from the online store:
Within the US: After receiving your new Rob Allen bass you will have 2 days to check out the instrument and be sure that it is a good fit for you. If you are not totally satisfied in every way with your purchase, you can return the instrument for a full refund minus all shipping charges ($140 in the example of an Mb-2 bass). A return label will be included with the package, so simply contact me to let me know you will be making a return and re-pack the instrument in the original carton and drop it off at your nearest UPS facility. The instrument must be in 100% of the condition received, if there are damages an evaluation will be done and a repair fee will be added.
Foreign orders: a return label will not be issued with the shipment, so contact me and arrangements will be made
