| how to order an instrument |
.........You are welcome to place an order factory direct with Rob Allen Guitars. The process is simple: call or e-mail to discuss the model and features that will best suit your needs. I handle all sales inquiries myself, so you will be speaking directly with me, Rob Allen, and I can advise you and answer any questions that you may have. After deciding on the instrument you would like, send a $500 deposit to start your order. When the instrument is completed, the balance is due and the instrument will be shipped to you.
.........My guarantee: After receiving your new instrument, you have three days to check it out. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, just return the instrument in perfect condition for a full refund less the shipping charges (about $60 or less within the continental U.S.).

Foreign Orders
.........A $500 deposit is required to start your order, with the balance due on completion of your instrument. Funds are wired directly to my account (please e-mail for details). Shipments are done via air cargo to a major airport where you can claim the package and have it cleared through customs. The freight cost for most overseas orders is approximately $80-$100. Direct delivery to your door is also available but is considerably more expensive.
