.........You are welcome to place an order factory direct with Rob Allen Guitars. The process is simple: call or e-mail to discuss the model and options that will best suit your needs. I handle all sales inquiries myself, so you will be speaking directly with me, Rob Allen, and I can advise you and answer any questions that you may have. After deciding on the instrument you would like, a non-refundable $500 deposit starts your order, a personal check or money order is fine. After placing your deposit, you will receive photos by email of the exact piece that you will be purchasing. Sometimes this is a near completed instrument, sometimes it is photos of raw wood that will be in the next production run, either way we will find the right piece for you and you can see exactly what you will be getting. The balance is due upon completion of the instrument, then it will be shipped to you.
After receiving your new instrument, you have three days to check it out. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange it for another model. I truly believe in going the extra mile. This is the philosophy that the company was founded on 10 years ago, I want you to be completely satisfied with all Rob Allen products and services. There is no better advertising than a satisfied customer.
Foreign Orders
.........A $500 deposit is required to start your order, with the balance due on completion of your instrument. Funds are wired directly to my account (please e-mail for details). Shipments are done via air cargo to a major airport where you can claim the package and have it cleared through customs. The freight cost for most overseas orders is approximately $80-$100. Direct delivery to your door is also available but is considerably more expensive.
